Merry Christmas!

We had a great Christmas season with both families. On the morning of Christmas Eve we went to Great Aunt Carol and Uncle Dave's house and the kids got spoiled. We had a great brunch and headed home. Then we relaxed the rest of the day. Christmas morning we had to wake-up the kids to open the gifts from Santa. Nolan did not believe us when we said Santa Claus had brought gifts, he said "I did not hear him." We enjoyed seeing the kids tear open their gifts, but it was hard to get Nolan to let Madelyn open her own gifts. Then later that day G/G Roscoe and Aunt Stephanie joined us and the kids were spoiled again and we enjoyed a nice dinner together and a "friendly" game of Flying Monkeys and we also got to talk with Uncle Brian over Skype. The next morning we woke-up early to pack up the truck and then drove to G/G Broerman's house. We had a great time with our cousins and Santa Claus even came to visit and brought one additional present. It was a great time! Thanks to our families for making the season so special!
